Planner Guidance: Deeper than to-do’s

I’ve got some substance support for you—micro spiritual practices that tie into the Day Planner. You can download all of them below, or follow along with the weekly emails I’ll send you over the next two months.

Here to support you. And I’m honoured that you’re here.

With Love,
Danielle

NOURISHING THOUGHTS

I’m starting with my favourite practice. This is potentially powerful stuff because our thoughts inform our reality. So let’s choose… NOURISHING THOUGHTS.

THE HEART CENTERING PRACTICE

I do this practice nearly every morning. We use it to start meetings once in a while. It’s gentle and… centering. The Heart Centering Practice combines mindfulness (the quality of being consciously aware) with heartfulness (a deeper intentional state of being).

A HEART CENTERED MANIFESTING PRACTICE

This practice goes best with a cup of tea and some steady breathing. I have a “higher love” approach to manifesting that I want to present to you.

DAILY RITUAL TRACKER

The practices that bring us back to center when we’re in pain are the same ones we use to keep us well. Sometimes we forget that we have the tools. I have a handy framework for keeping track of your favourite heart-based rituals.

THE “WHAT I TRUST” LIST

I’ve gotten in the habit of creating a “What I Trust” list before a big gig, or when any situation feels a bit wobbly. Often we’re so fixated on firing up endorphins, we forget that feeling assured and comforted is where the real power is. Calm is magnetic.

NAME CHANT RITUAL

Want to feel powerful? I love this simple practice. Your name is your spirit emblem. It’s sacred. Even if you don’t LOVE it, it’s helping you make your way through the world. Own its power.

SELF DRISHTI RITUAL

You are loved, and loving. Eternally. This ritual helps us get back to that true nature. “Drishti” is a Sanskrit term for “focused gaze.” It’s a yogic practice for focusing toward oneness. If you fill that gaze with love from your heart, you’ve got some powerful healing flowing. Eyes of love, essentially.

BATH RITUAL

I consider every bath I have to be a ritual—even if I’m just shaving my legs. I give thanks for the water, the medicine of the salt and the essential oils, and gratitude for the washing away of stagnant energy. And then I shave my legs.
