Subscription Policy

By purchasing and participating in Heart Centered, you hereby agree to these policies. Additionally your use of the membership and/or program materials are also subject to our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you have any questions, please email us at heartcentered@old.daniellelaporte.com.


COMMITMENT

By signing up for Heart Centered, you agree to a one-year commitment in the program. You can choose to pre-pay for the full year or one of our payment plan options.


AUTO-RENEWAL

Your membership will auto-renew (monthly or annually, depending on how you purchased) on or close to the date of purchase.


CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you decide to cancel your subscription after the year, please email us at heartcentered@old.daniellelaporte.com. Please contact us at least 15 days prior to your annual billing date to ensure that you will not be charged in the next cycle. And please provide the same email address you enrolled with. After your cancellation is processed, you’ll have access to the program until the end of your current billing cycle.


REFUNDS

There are no refunds for the monthly or annual subscriptions to Heart Centered.


DEFAULTS

If your payment method provided cannot be processed for any of the payments, we’ll reach out by email to help fix it. If we don’t hear back from you or receive a payment, we may suspend your access to the program.


MAKING PHYSICAL OR DIGITAL COPIES, PRINTING, SHARING MATERIALS

You may print or make paper or digital copies for your own personal use. For everything else, well… there’s karma n’ all. And copyright and intellectual property. So maybe just share with your friends and on social how much you’re learning and loving. They can join in a few months when we open for registration again. Please see Terms of Use for more details.


MEDICAL ADVICE

The work we’ll be doing together in Heart Centered is therapeutic, but it is not “therapy.” None of the content in the membership materials constitutes medical advice and is not intended to be a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AM I READY?

You’re ready when you’re ready, and you’re not ready until you’re ready and… you’re probably ready.


WHAT HAPPENS AS SOON AS I JOIN?

Exhale. We’ve got you. We send you the Altar set up guidefor you to create whenever you like, take your time. We give you a short run through of the best ways to work with the meditations and rituals. On the first of every month, you receive the new guidebook and LaPortal is replenished.


WHAT’S THE TIME REQUIREMENT?

I think you should schedule in Heart Centered time every weeklike you would a cafe date or a massage. I’d set aside 30+ minutes a week for your reading + reflection, and at least 15 mins a few times a week for meditation. There’s no sequence or accountability system. Every month, we also give you a 20 minute prep assignment to help you get prepared for the month.


HOW OFTEN DO I RECEIVE NEW PRACTICES?

You get the new Guidebook (readings, deep journaling, blessings, mantras, playlists, and devotional practices) on the 1st of every month.


DOES THIS PROGRAM OFFER CLOSED CAPTION OPTIONS?

All audio and video are transcribed or available in print. And videos are subtitled, except for our live Heart to Heart Q+As.


ACCESS. HOW DO I ACCESS THE MATERIALS?

Easy: Log into the private HEART CENTERED LaPortal from your cell, iPad/tablet or computer—Chrome, Firefox, and Safari friendly. You can download all HEART CENTERED materials to your devices for offline access, with the exception of videos. You’ll need an internet connection to watch the Heart to Heart Q+A episodes.

Note about saving your monthly content: Your monthly curriculum will be archived by the 5th of each month to make way for our new practices. You’ll find all evergreen practices in the Heart Centered Library, but please download the Guidebooks to make sure you have them.


GLOBAL. I DON’T LIVE IN CANADA OR THE US—CAN I JOIN?

Yes! If you have the internet, you have HEART CENTERED.


DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

Yes, payments auto process once a month (or once a year for annual purchasers), around the same day you registered.


SAVING $. IF I SIGN UP FOR THE MONTHLY PAYMENT OPTION, CAN I SWITCH TO ANNUAL LATER?

Of course, you can change any monthly subscription to a yearly subscription (and save!) when your last month is up. Contact heartcentered@old.daniellelaporte.com.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Your membership in Heart Centered is set up on a year-long commitment. Your membership will automatically renew each month or year, depending on the purchase option you choose.

IF I NEED TO LEAVE AND PREPAID MY SUBSCRIPTION, CAN I GET A REFUND?

If you prepaid for a year in order to get the bigger savings, you’ll need to ride out the full term. We’re not able to refund full pre-pays. Thanks for understanding.

WHAT IS THE HEART CENTERED FACILITATOR PROGRAM?

The Heart Centered Facilitator Program is a licensing program for leaders who want to bring heart centered development work to their clients and organizations, businesses and communities. You can use this content in many ways, for many people. One-on-one, in workshops, as a complement to your current offerings, or as a follow-along program. In the workplace, for wellness retreats, with students. Charge your corporate rates, or do “pay what you choose” for the world. Or offer it free, in service to your community.

The 30+ exercises are built on the guiding premise that a heart centered life is a reflective life. When we live more reflectively, we behave less reactively and we’re receptive and responsive to higher wisdom.

Our training in the fundamentals of facilitation—created by Integral Master Coaches—will help even seasoned facilitators up their offering. And for those of you who are just starting out, you’ll have a solid learning foundation.


WHO IS IT FOR?

For coaches, counsellors, team builders, teachers, wellness professionals, and idealists of all kinds. Whether you are a highly trained coach looking for fresh, relevant tools to add to your skillset, a new entrepreneur, or a leadership-minded individual looking for some training in leading heart centered conversations, this program is for you.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The investment your first year in the program is $2000 USD, and you’ll receive access to the entire program immediately. After your first year, you will pay a License renewal fee of $1000 USD annually. We also have quarterly and monthly payment options and Canadian-equivalent pricing available. WHAT HAPPENS AS SOON AS I JOIN?

Exhale. We’ve got you. You’ll receive a confirmation email with immediate access to the Heart Centered Facilitator Portal, where you’ll find all your video training, curriculum, and business support tools. And our Facilitator Community of 350+ members is on Facebook.


HOW DO I ACCESS THE MATERIALS?

Log into the private Heart Centered Facilitator Portal from your cell, iPad/tablet or computer—Chrome, Firefox, and Safari friendly. The program is hosted through Kajabi, so you can access it via your desktop or through the Kajabi app on your phone or tablet.


HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING?

We’ve created a deep and robust training for you, available to access as soon as you join the program. With over 36 training videos, your watch time is around 21 hours total. We also suggest you take yourself through each of the 30+ exercises so you can integrate your teaching through experience. This entire program is self-paced, so it works for the keeners who want to learn full time, or the part time learners who will do this around their work + family schedule. It’s totally up to you.


DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?

Yes, payments auto-process annually on your one-year anniversary. We also have quarterly payments which process every three months, and monthly payments.


CAN I SWITCH MY PAYMENT OPTIONS ON MY RENEWAL?

Of course! You can change your payments after a year in the program. Just contact facilitator@old.daniellelaporte.com at least 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and we can change your renewal payments to annually, quarterly, or monthly.


WHY DOES IT COST MORE TO PAY IN PAYMENTS?

Our payment plans are meant to provide you with more flexibility. The small increase in the overall price allows us to cover our team costs and processing fees that come with multiple transactions. The best value will always be payment in full.


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Your subscription in the Facilitator Program is set up on annual commitments. Your license will automatically renew each month, quarter, or year, depending on the purchase option you choose.

At the end of your year, you can email us to cancel your subscription. Contact us at least two weeks prior to your annual billing date. Please provide the email address that you enrolled with. Once your cancellation is processed, you’ll have access to the Heart Centered Facilitator Portal until the end of your current billing cycle.

REGARDING THE CANADIAN EQUIVALENT PRICING

Please note: Though Canadians pay a lower amount in USD, the final CAD conversion may fluctuate depending on the day. Conversion rates are out of our control and fluctuate regularly, so please know that your monthly or quarterly payments may vary.

WHAT IF I’M A CANADIAN CITIZEN LIVING OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

If you are currently residing outside of Canada, please use the US + International pricing options. The Canadian pricing is reserved for current Canadian residents who are living within Canada and paying in CAD.
